Fort Cherry Golf Club in Western Pennsylvania seeks an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across golf, pro shop, food and beverage, outings and events. The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong on-site presence and a commitment to service excellence.

You'll supervise staff, manage seasonal workflows, monitor financial performance and maintain strong relationships with members and outside partners, while ensuring a welcoming, well-run golf experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading golf or hospitality operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple departments and seasonal operations.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall leadership and oversight of daily club operations, with a strong on-site presence.
• Oversee pro shop and golf operations, including tee-sheet management, pace of play, customer service, cart operations and daily procedures.
• Lead, schedule and support full-time, part-time and seasonal employees; establish expectations and promote accountability and dependable service.
• Oversee golf outings, leagues, tournaments and special events, including planning, coordination and day-of execution.
• Oversee food and beverage operations and work with staff to maintain quality, cleanliness, inventory controls and appropriate service standards.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, purchasing, inventory and other operating results; identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Work with ownership on pricing, promotions, policies, staffing needs, capital needs and longer-term planning.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, daily-fee golfers, leagues, outing customers, vendors and community partners.
• Ensure club policies and applicable requirements related to food, alcohol, safety and golf operations are followed.
• Help market and promote Fort Cherry Golf Club, outings, events, leagues, merchandise and food-and-beverage offerings.
• Resolve customer and operational issues promptly, professionally and fairly.
