Ron Jaworski Golf's Valleybrook Country Club in Blackwood, NJ is seeking a General Manager to lead all golf and food & beverage operations, events, and facilities, ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience.

The successful candidate will build strong teams, manage budgets, drive financial performance, and set daily standards for service, teamwork, and hospitality while representing RJG in the community.

Qualifications

• Must have upbeat personality and professional demeanor.
• Experience in senior club operations is preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and drive guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all golf and food & beverage departments to maximize member/guest satisfaction.
• Oversee course setup, maintenance, and report results to RJG.
• Oversee pro shop and membership sales with set daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance; present annual operating plan.
