GreatLIFE Golf seeks an experienced General Manager for Falcon Ridge Golf Club in Lenexa, Kansas. The role directs all club operations, guest relations, and financial performance, with a salary of $90,000–$92,000 and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include budgeting, monitoring financial reports, staff leadership and HR policy, and maintaining PGA/CMAA memberships. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4–8 years of experience are required; MS Office and a property management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–8 years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Understanding of hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses.
• Monitors monthly and other financial reports for the facility and takes corrective action.
• Interviews, hiring, training, planning, and directing work; evaluating performance.
• Develops ongoing training programs and HR policy adherence.
• Oversees care and maintenance of the facility and coordinates marketing programs.
