Job summary

Las Vegas Golf Club is seeking a General Manager to oversee the entire course operation, including golf, food & beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy. You will lead multi-department teams, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize profitability.

The role requires a strategic leader who can develop strong staff, implement innovative programming, and maintain compliance with all standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences at a premier Las Vegas club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the golf, service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all departments to include golf operations, food and beverage, sales, merchandising, and agronomy.
• Partner with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing to create programming and pricing strategies.
• Create and execute short and long-term operational and financial plans for the club.
• Responsible for selection, development, leadership and retention of staff.
• Ensure compliance with national programs and safety, and monitor revenues, payroll, inventories and expenses.
• Ensure guest and member surveys inform improvement actions.
