Job summary

American Golf Corporation seeks a Cook to prepare high‑quality menu items in a fast-paced kitchen. You will follow established recipes, ensure food safety, and present dishes to standard while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include setting up stations, cooking, plating, and maintaining sanitation. Prior experience in a restaurant or food service is preferred, with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food safety knowledge and kitchen practices required or preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality.
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items per established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock prep stations with ingredients and supplies.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces and other items for service.
• Plate and garnish to meet presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation throughout shift.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing deliveries.
• Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
