Job summary

Invited, a leading hospitality club operator, is seeking a friendly F&B teammate in California's Indio region. You will maintain service standards, greet members by name, and provide attentive coverage of course areas, delivering personalized experiences to guests.

You should have prior F&B service experience, a valid driver’s license to operate golf carts, and a commitment to safety and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is preferred.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness is required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart is required.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited’s training programs.
• Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests with a polite and friendly demeanor.
• Provide timely coverage of assigned course areas and anticipate visits to groups every 4-5 holes.
• Assist members and guests with requests and keep the environment clean and organized.
• Stock the beverage cart with items before service begins and ensure accurate transactions.
• Operate the golf cart safely following all policies to prevent accidents.
• Document spills and waste using daily par vs usage sheets.
• Upsell where applicable by knowing available products.
• Use tee sheets to identify members and create personalized experiences.
• Communicate with the F&B Director regarding requests and issues.
• Clean and sanitize the cart at end of shift per health code standards.
• Request and restock supplies to maintain proper par levels.
• Support team operations and participate in the 3-steps of service.
• Notify management of any complaints and assist with service recovery.
• Adhere to golf etiquette when approaching groups.
