Job summary

Invited, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a Serve/Guest Associate to uphold high F&B service standards across the golf club. You will greet members, provide attentive course-side service, and assist with guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized experiences, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout shifts. Training is provided, and a team-focused culture is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong commitment to ethical work standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited’s training programs.
• Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor.
• Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, visiting groups every 4-5 holes.
• Assist members and guests with requests and maintain a clean environment.
• Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and supplies before service begins.
• Operate the golf cart safely following all guidelines and procedures.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Document spills and waste using daily par vs usage sheets.
• Maintain knowledge of products and upsell where applicable.
• Use tee sheets and line-ups to personalize experiences for members/guests.
• Communicate with the F&B Director about special requests or issues.
• Clean and sanitize the cart at end of shift to health code standards.
• Request and restock supplies to maintain proper par levels.
• Support team in delivering the 3 steps of service.
