Job summary

Invited, a leading hospitality group operating private clubs nationwide, seeks a Beverage Cart Attendant. You will deliver high-level F&B service on the golf course and in designated areas, greeting members by name and providing attentive, personalized experiences.

You will stock, upsell, handle payments, and coordinate with club departments to maintain service excellence. You will ensure cart cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards while adapting to the dynamic club

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional F&B service standards per Invited training.
• Greet members by name and engage guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide attentive coverage of assigned course areas, visiting groups every 4-5 holes.
• Assist guests with requests and keep areas clean; dispose of trash when needed.
• Stock beverage cart with items before service; ensure supplies.
• Operate golf cart safely according to policies.
• Handle payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Document spills and waste; use par vs usage sheets.
• Know products and upsell where applicable.
• Identify members/guests and personalize service.
• Communicate with F&B Director regarding special requests.
• Clean and sanitize cart after shift; follow health standards.
• Restock supplies to maintain proper par levels.
• Support team to deliver the 3 steps of service.
• Notify management of complaints and perform service recovery.
• Follow golf etiquette with groups.
