Job summary

Twice seeks an Outside Services Attendant to provide exceptional service to club members and guests in a primarily outdoor role at the Indio, CA golf facility. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas while supporting the golf operations team.

Responsibilities include cart marshalling, club cleaning, event promotion, and collaboration with range attendants and starters to ensure a smooth golf experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with members, guests and staff.
• Solid knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays and extra hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing clubs for play.
• Promote club events, conditions, and information to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts, track usage, ensure cleanliness, report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, parking lot and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments and maintain club standards in work areas.
• Follow all policies and safety guidelines; pursue professional growth and certifications as needed.
