Job summary

Twice is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide member and guest service while supporting golf operations. Duties include bag handling, cart preparation, range setup, and maintaining clean, organized work areas to ensure a seamless golfer experience.

The role requires outdoor work, strong communication, and reliability. Candidates should be able to lift up to 100 lbs, work weekends/holidays, and uphold golf etiquette and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Excellent communication with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading/unloading bags and preparing them for play.
• Promote club events and course conditions to enhance the experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area and track usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and facilities.
• Set up and manage practice areas and keep them stocked.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments to club standards and assist as needed.
