Job summary

Highland Woods Golf Course in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a Cart Attendant to join Troon’s hospitality-focused team. The role supports clubhouse upkeep, cart operations, and guest service, with duties including bag handling and equipment cleaning.

Hours are 2pm until sunset, with one weekend day required. Golf knowledge is a plus, and a valid driver's license is needed if operating carts. Excellent guest interaction is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
