Primary responsibilities include:

• Completing daily opening or closing procedures.
• Hand picking specific areas of the short game area.
• Touring the cart staging area, bag drop, and driving range several times an hour to ensure proper operation.
• Keeping golf carts organized and clean, stocked with pencils, scorecards, tees, etc.
• Checking golf carts for damage and washing carts daily.
• Managing daily range ball recovery operations using mechanical and manual equipment.
• Assisting with cart staging during tournaments, in collaboration with the Head Golf Professional.

Required Skills:

• Ability to operate machinery.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices.
• Customer satisfaction evaluation and responsiveness.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Employees must be able to:

• Walk, stand, sit, bend, handle objects, and communicate effectively.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform overhead lifts, pushes, and pulls.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, fumes, and loud noise levels.
