Job Description:

Druid Hills Golf Club is seeking a dedicated Stretch Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, creating an exceptional experience for our clients. The therapist will guide clients through each stretch, explaining its purpose and expected sensation, assess muscle tightness, and educate clients on routines to improve their flexibility and health.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions.
2. Perform standard 25-minute and 55-minute sessions covering major muscle groups and extremities, including small muscles and neck during longer sessions.
3. Customize stretch routines based on individual client needs.
4. Assess clients' physical condition, discuss goals, and track progress.
5. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for every member.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about helping others achieve long-term progress and results.
2. Experience in a fitness facility, private training, or health setting.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to perform stretches on clients of all sizes and ages; physical strength to lift 25-30 lbs overhead.
5. Knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, rehab, and injury prevention; certifications are a plus.
6. Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
