Pay Rate: $41.50 per class

Druid Hills Golf Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in Atlanta, is seeking an enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment committed to service, learn from industry leaders, and provide high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere to our members.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and lead group fitness classes in a safe, effective, and motivating manner.
2. Create and implement engaging workouts incorporating strength and cardiovascular exercises.
3. Educate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
4. Provide excellent customer service, greeting members by name, answering questions, and offering modifications as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio.
6. Follow safety and emergency procedures.
7. Attend and participate in training and meetings as required.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized certification in group fitness instruction.
• At least one year of experience teaching group fitness classes.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for all members.
• Motivational skills to inspire members to reach their fitness goals.
