About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Server to deliver exceptional service to our members. The ideal Waiter/Waitress will enhance the dining experience through patience, personality, and perseverance.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and escort customers to their tables.
2. Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes, ingredients, or potential allergies.
3. Inform customers about daily specials.
4. Recommend menu items upon request.
5. Accurately take food and drink orders using POS software.
6. Serve food and beverages.
7. Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dishes and kitchenware, reporting any issues.
8. Coordinate with restaurant staff on specials, menu changes, and reservation details.
9. Adhere to health department regulations.
10. Deliver excellent customer service to guests.
