Job summary

PGA of America is seeking a dedicated Career Services professional to counsel PGA Professionals throughout their career lifecycle and support employers with hiring strategies. You will promote employment tools, deliver education programs, and collaborate with Sections to grow employment opportunities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years in golf operations or leadership, with PGA membership preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Professional Golf Management (Executive Management preferred) or related field.
• Five years of experience in golf operations or golf industry management/leadership.
• Employment/club relations experience, career counseling and HR management training preferred.
• PGA Member preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling and coaching to PGA Professionals across career lifecycle.
• Promote PGA ExecuSearch, job board, and other employment tools across PGA platforms.
• Assist employers with hiring processes, compensation, and outreach strategies.
• Develop employment strategies and deliver education seminars.
• Build relationships with Section leadership and attend events as needed.
