Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Player Development Professional to lead golf instruction, drive member engagement, and manage coaching programs across its clubs. You will deliver swing assessments, lessons, and clinics while building strong relationships with members of all ages and skill levels.

The role emphasizes on-course play, recruiting new members, and coordinating junior and adult programs. A PGA/LPGA certification is preferred, with outdoor, club-based work in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and player development activities including swing assessments, lessons, clinics, and engagement events.
• Play golf regularly with an assigned group of members to encourage participation and build relationships.
• Enhance player performance through customized instruction and club fitting.
• Plan, execute, and manage coaching programs for junior, adult, beginner, and social players.
• Drive membership growth by developing a strong new member pipeline.
• Organize outreach events to activate members and increase engagement.
