Golf DEN LLC is seeking a hospitality team member to greet guests, take beverage orders, and maintain bay areas with a focus on exceptional service. You will assist guests with bay setup and explain Golf DEN technology, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurants is preferred.

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Golf DEN and what the options are.
  • Take and deliver beverage orders to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
  • Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Golf DEN technology.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
