The role requires 21+ to serve alcohol, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurants is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with swing analysis technology and launch monitor technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the bays and provide information.
• Take and deliver beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls.
• Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on Golf DEN technology.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive guest experience.
