Job summary

STChealth is seeking a Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect to own the modern Golden Path delivery platform. You will build automated, secure end-to-end software delivery pipelines and bridge new capabilities with existing production systems.

You will implement centralized CI/CD templates, automate compliance gates, and drive scalable, self-service tooling for engineering teams within guardrails. This role emphasizes autonomy and advanced security practices across distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience with enterprise CI/CD standards.
• Deep hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) expertise, including networking, security, and Helm lifecycle.
• Practical GitOps with ArgoCD/Flux and automated canary deployments.
• Coding in C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python for internal tooling and automation.
• Experience building self-hosted AI infrastructure and agentic workflows.
• Knowledge of VM-based delivery concepts (Packer, EC2) and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own centralized, reusable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Design modular release architecture with universal scanning, downstream targeting, and GitOps promotion to EKS.
• Embed automated security and compliance gates (SAST, SCA, image hygiene) into pipelines.
• Develop self-hosted AI gateways, orchestration for agentic workflows, and secure routing.
