Job summary

Fairmont Orchid is seeking a dedicated Fairmont Gold Supervisor to lead the luxury Gold floor, ensuring top guest service while maintaining profitability. You will oversee a team of professionals in a high-end resort setting and promote a culture of excellence.

You will coordinate lounge operations, maintain brand standards, and deliver personalized guest experiences, reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager. Prior leadership experience and English fluency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of Front Office experience is required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is required; other languages an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floor to ensure the highest level of guest service and satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise daily Lounge operations and Gold Buffet attendants to meet Luxury Guest Service and F&B standards.
• Provide exceptional Concierge information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation and events.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to build Fairmont Gold Loyalty.
• Participate in annual action planning for enhancing Fairmont Gold products and services.
• Communicate across all hotel departments to ensure Fairmont Gold standards are delivered consistently.
