Job summary

Colab is seeking an experienced GHL Migration Specialist to manage client migrations to GoHighLevel remotely. You will migrate websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars and more, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and post-migration functionality.

The role requires hands-on GHL migration experience, domain and DNS setup, and strong troubleshooting skills. You will work with a collaborative agency team, handling multiple migrations and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) experience and migrations.
• Strong understanding of GHL workflows, automations, funnels, calendars, and integrations.
• Experience with DNS, domain configuration, tracking, email/SMS setup.
• Excellent troubleshooting, QA, and ability to manage multiple migrations under deadlines.
• Marketing agency experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Migrate websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and assets to GHL.
• Configure, test, and validate migrated accounts for reliability.
• Manage multiple migrations and meet deadlines.
• Document migration steps and QA data during transfers.

About the Role

COLAB is looking for an experiencedGHL Migration Specialistto manage and execute client migrations to GoHighLevel (GHL) remotely. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience migrating websites, funnels, workflows, automations, contacts, calendars, and other assets into GHL while ensuring everything is properly configured, tested, and functional after migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Strong understanding of CRM migration and system configuration.
• Expertise in workflow automation and complex customer journeys.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, contact databases, and segmentation.
• Knowledge of subscription management and recurring billing systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Stripe and payment gateway integrations.
• Proficiency in Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM, payment, and automation issues.
• Strong skills in workflow testing, documentation, and data management.
• Experience with CRM implementation, system launches, and optimization.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple migrations and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Marketing agency experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating accounts from other CRM/marketing platforms into GHL.
• Familiarity withZapier, webhooks, APIs, Stripe, Twilio, Mailgun, or similar integrations.
• Basic understanding of websites, HTML/CSS, domains, and DNS.
• Experience with GHL snapshots and account cloning.
