BTS Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Consultant/Senior Consultant to work with leading corporations on go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and marketing transformation. You will contribute to designing experiences, facilitate workshops, and build client relationships in a collaborative, team-based setting.

The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office expectation and travel between 30% and 50% depending on engagements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years in consulting, sales, sales operations, or related fields.
• Exposure to project work or client-facing environments is a plus.
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship.
