What You’ll Do

• Work directly with leaders from large, global corporations to understand their strategies and businesses.
• Shape capabilities across the organization through designing and facilitating customized business simulations, digital learning, workshops, and offsites.
• Occasionally run multiple engagements, serving a variety of clients across industries while collaborating with internal teams.
• Design experiences by interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and learning.
• Lead projects, manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers as your experience expands.
• Operate in a hybrid work environment, with about 30‑50% travel leading client engagements.
