Job summary

BTS Group is a leading consultancy focusing on the people side of strategy. As a Leadership Consultant, you will shape leadership capabilities across client organizations, designing customized experiences and facilitating engagements.

You'll work with senior leaders, manage projects, and collaborate across BTS's practices. The role offers a hybrid office/client-site model and opportunities to grow leadership expertise and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in consulting, learning & development, leadership development, or a relevant industry
• Experience designing or delivering leadership development programs, assessments, or executive coaching engagements is strongly preferred
• Some project leadership experience is ideal; for more experienced candidates, client-facing experience is strongly preferred
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development engagements for executives.
• Design or contribute to leadership programs, assessments, or behavior-change interventions that produce measurable results
• Facilitate and coach client engagements to ensure impactful and memorable experiences
• Grow BTS's business by developing client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand BTS's work with clients
• Travel 30-50% of the time, with a hybrid work model that combines office and client sites
