OneTrust is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex product launches in a hybrid, office-first environment in Atlanta, GA. The role partners with Product Operations to ensure timely, clear launches aligned to GTM strategies.

The ideal candidate brings 4–5+ years in marketing operations or release management, strong PM and communication skills, and comfort with tools like Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in marketing operations, release management, program management, or GTM roles.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional launches in a product-led or tech environment.
• Strong PM skills with attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with tools like AirTable, SmartSheets, Asana, Planner, WorkBoard, Confluence, Jira.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing release management for multiple launches across the org.
• Develop and maintain integrated release plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Be the voice of the customer; ensure deliverables are value-centric and actionable.
• Align product development with marketing GTM plans; manage risks and dependencies.
• Serve as the primary marketing release readiness contact; partner with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and CS.
• Define and evolve release management processes, playbooks, and templates to scale with the business.
• Provide executive-ready visibility into launch status, risks, and outcomes.
