Cylake Inc. is seeking its first Go-to-Market & Business Recruiter to build the commercial organization that will bring Cylake's products to market.

You will partner with founders and leaders to attract talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and operations, shaping hiring strategy and process from the ground up. You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business teams, focusing initially on Sales, while building scalable practices and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in venture-backed startups or other high-growth technology companies.
• Strong track record of hiring Go-to-Market talent, particularly in Sales and Customer Success.
• Exceptional sourcing skills and a passion for proactively finding and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong business judgment and ability to influence hiring managers and leaders through partnership.
• Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure, not just executing existing ones.
• Ownership, urgency, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organization.
