Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HR, including meaningful HR Business Partner or partnering with leaders.
• Strong business acumen linking people decisions to business objectives.
• Experience supporting fast-moving organizations with evolving priorities.
• Credibility with leaders and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong coaching skills and experience in performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
• Track record of navigating ambiguity and building scalable approaches.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across HR and business functions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior Go-to-Market leaders, developing a deep understanding of their orgs, priorities, talent, and rhythms.
• Advise on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, org design, talent decisions, and leadership effectiveness.
• Coach leaders on fundamentals of managing high-performing teams, including goal setting, performance conversations, and talent development.
• Lead performance and talent programs, including reviews, succession planning, and improvement plans.
• Translate company-wide People programs into practical approaches fitting business needs and link talent, performance, and compensation decisions.
• Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, partnering with Employee Relations and Centers of Excellence.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and other People functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Use data and business context to identify trends, diagnose problems, and improve retention and engagement.
• Identify gaps in processes, build practical solutions, and share best practices across the HRBP team.
• Support organizational changes, promotions, transfers, onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle moments.
• Contribute to People initiatives and cross-functional projects while balancing day-to-day needs.
• Comply at all times with UiPath policies.
