Responsabilidades

Описание: The project enhances a high-load fleet management platform for ride-hailing operations across multiple countries. It covers partner, driver, and vehicle management, reporting, branding lifecycle automation, driver verification, compliance checks, and vehicle and driver classification workflows. The customer is a global investment management firm that provides tailored investment solutions to institutional and private clients, combining financial expertise and long-term strategies while focusing on innovation, responsible investing, and operational excellence.

Задачи:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reliable backend services
• Drive technical research, architecture design, and implementation of backend services and new features
• Collaborate across teams to deliver cohesive, optimal solutions
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions, helping improve the technical level of backend services
• Write clean, effective, maintainable code in line with company standards
• Own the backend services lifecycle, including delivery, monitoring, and production maintenance
• Set up and maintain observability infrastructure, including metrics, logging, dashboards, and tracing
• Mentor and guide other engineers, advocating best practices and high standards
• Participate in agile practices, including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos

Требования:

• 5+ Years of commercial backend engineering experience, including solving complex problems in high-load environments
• Strong knowledge of Go and practical experience with generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives
• Strong SQL knowledge, including schema design, scaling strategies, and query optimization for high-load environments
• In-depth knowledge of Redis data structures and their efficient use in high-load systems
• Experience with synchronous and asynchronous inter-service communication, including gRPC and message brokers, focused on reliability under high load
• Deep understanding of microservice architecture patterns and client-server interactions, including trade-offs and limitations
• Proven ability to design and implement observability strategies covering metrics, logging, dashboards, and distributed tracing
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes or equivalents, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS
• Ability to write maintainable, testable code with solid unit and integration test coverage
• Proficiency with Git branching, pull requests, and code review workflows
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
• English at Intermediate+ level or above
