Job summary

Mistral AI is building a sovereign AI cloud and providing the core runtime environments for next-generation AI software. The team focuses on secure, isolated, and scalable compute platforms, with emphasis on low-latency operation and fleet-scale management.

You will shape the runtime primitives used by customers building frontier AI applications. We are a distributed team across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Deep Linux internals understanding including namespaces and cgroups.
• Proven production experience in Go.
• Knowledge of network isolation and sandboxing principles.
• Strong sense for performance, profiling, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the isolation layer for AI agent runtimes.
• Ensure robust security boundaries for customer workloads.
• Scale environments for thousands of concurrent instances.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to ship primitives.
• Write Go and drive architectural decisions.
