Mistral AI is building a sovereign AI infrastructure with a focus on turning arriving hardware into trusted clusters. You will develop and automate the software that transforms racks into scalable compute pools, delivering reliable systems that meet strict acceptance timelines.

The role blends hands-on software with datacenter floor work, emphasizing automation, performance, and reliability at scale across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building backend or infrastructure systems.
• Deep Linux: comfortable below the application layer.
• Shipped production systems in Go.
• Willing to travel to datacenter sites.
• Low-ego, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build the delivery pipeline in Go: provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network bring-up, software stack install.
• Own time-to-acceptance and drive it down relentlessly.
• Collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health for reliability at delivery.
• Handle GPU fleets at scale: H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics.
• Plan delivery waves with Product and datacenter teams.
