AeroVironment is seeking a motivated GNC Engineering Intern to join our multidisciplinary team for a 12-week, onsite summer program in the United States. You will support GN&C, flight testing, software and hardware development under the guidance of experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in flight control systems and system integration.

Applicants must be enrolled in a college program or be recent graduates, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or has a Bachelor’s/Master’s in a relevant engineering/computer science field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA; junior level or above preferred.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and willing to travel domestically (up to 10–20%).

Responsabilités

• Assist in GN&C system design and development for aircraft projects.
• Support system testing, including simulation environments and flight test prep.
• Help implement and test basic flight control algorithms under supervision.
• Participate in subsystem integration and data analysis activities.
• Support engineering documentation and report writing.
• Collaborate with engineering and test teams to troubleshoot solutions.
• Learn engineering processes and tools for flight systems.
• Perform other duties or learning assignments as needed.
