Job summary

FutureCare is seeking a GNA to support residents in our Maryland facility. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health indicators, and provide compassionate care. A strong team focus and reliable communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current GNA license in Maryland.
• Positive and professional attitude.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing and oral care.
• Take vital signs at start of shift and as directed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist with transporting residents as needed.
• Provide companionship to residents.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Competitive Pay $18.53 - 21.97/hr including shift differential
