Complete Care is hiring a CNA-1 (GNA) to provide compassionate care for residents in a skilled nursing setting in Maryland. This role covers personal care, mobility assistance, vitals monitoring, feeding support, and daily living activities while maintaining dignity and safety.

The CNA will document care in the facility software, collaborate with the care team, and participate in activities to promote residents’ well-being. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care: bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting
• Mobility Support: reposition, bed transfers, chair transfers, safe ambulation
• Vitals & Monitoring: check vitals and weight, report changes
• Feeding & Hydration: assist with meals and fluids
• Living Assistance: make beds, tidy rooms, enable activities
• Companionship: provide friendship and emotional support
• Document: enter client data into software system

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Personal Care: Help with bathing,dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting

Mobility Support: Help reposition, get in and out of bed, transfer to chairs, & walk safely

Vitals & Monitoring: Check vitals/weight & report changes in physical/mental health

Feeding & Hydration: Assist with meals, snacks & ensure that they drink enough fluids

Living Assistance: Make beds, tidy rooms, and help them to participate in activities

Companionship: Provide friendship & emotional safety for a genuine human bond

Document: Enter info into our software system to keep track of the care you give
