Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking certified GNA/CNA-I and CM-T staff to support residents with daily living, personal care, and medication administration within a gated retirement community in Parkville, MD.

We offer onsite medical centers, education assistance, 401k, and free onsite parking. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.36 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. MD certifications are required.

Qualifications

• MD GNA/CNA-I certification required.
• MD CM-T certification required.
• 1–2 years CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1–2 years medication administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and personal care plans.
• Administer medications and liaise with clinical team to address needs.
• Provide person-centered care focused on residents' routines, preferences and comfort.
• Assist residents with activities and programs and foster belonging within the community.
