Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring for multiple part-time shifts (Day, Evening, Night) to support residents in a gated retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland. Roles require CMT or CMA and GNA certifications, CPR/First Aid, and 1–2 years of CNA/GNA experience with medication administration responsibilities.

We offer competitive hourly pay, shift differentials, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, onsite medical centers, education assistance, 401k, and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) for Maryland.
• Current GNA for Maryland.
• 1–2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Help people live better lives by supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with focus on preferences and routines while providing comfort and companionship.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications to residents.
