Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years' experience in aircraft design, GN&C, flight testing, systems engineering or program management; Master’s may substitute.
• Experience with autopilot and flight control systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development and validation of the flight control system.
• Support system interfaces, test and flight test activities from subscale to full scale.
• Implement flight control algorithms on flight control hardware.
• Prepare and execute validation of the flight control system (SIL/HIL/iron bird).
• Ensure proper integration with the avionic system and validation tests.
• Assist test team to explore and validate technical solutions.
• Tackle problems with data-driven analysis and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
