MSD is seeking a warehouse associate in Rahway, NJ to support inventory management, receipts, and material distribution across production areas. You will operate computer systems for procurement and inventory tasks, perform data entry and reconciliation, and assist with labeling and tracking materials.

Responsibilities include sampling materials for QA, preparing GMP-compliant shipping documents, loading/unloading, and maintaining safety practices with regular inspections.

Formación

• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• General warehouse work and inventory support across receipt, disbursement, labeling, and placement of materials.
• Utilizes computer databases to support procurement and inventory management programs.
• Performs data entry, queries, maintenance, and reconciliation of inventory levels.
• Samples production materials for quality evaluation and handles related paperwork.
• Prepares shipping documents according to GMP instructions and procedures.
• Loads and unloads trailers and ensures proper storage of materials.
• Maintains safety equipment and conducts GMP inspections.
• Notifies safety, environmental, and regulatory non-compliance as required.
• Performs all general area housekeeping.
