Bionova Scientific LLC, part of Asahi Kasei, seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage materials in a GMP-regulated warehouse. You will support receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

The role requires following SOPs, attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and Outlook; higher flexibility with work hours and valid driver's license preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• ERP experience and data entry, math, and computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Flexible with work hours.

Responsabilidades

• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label and store materials properly.
• Process material requests and work orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Pack and process outbound shipments.
• Deliver material using a truck.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift and pallet jack.
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve issues.
