Job summary

RxSource, a global clinical trial supply provider, seeks a Warehouse Associate for our West Deptford facility to handle daily warehouse operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely logistics.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound shipments, temperature-controlled storage, ERP/CRM updates, and QA-compliant documentation. Prior GMP warehouse experience and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• GMP warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehousing, shipping and inventory management in pharma.
• Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklift and related equipment.
• Physically able to lift/move at least 50 lbs.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and store products in proper temperature storage.
• Update inventory logs and ERP/CRM for inbound/outbound items.
• Inspect incoming shippers, condition and storage.
• Prepare, handle, label and package shipments.
• Maintain temperature monitor logs and SOP documentation for audits.
