Job summary

Bionova Scientific LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure efficient, compliant handling of materials in a GMP-regulated warehouse. The role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

Essential duties include following SOPs and safety protocols, verifying deliveries, cycle counts, and operating forklifts, with a focus on accuracy and cross-department communication. Position requires warehouse experience and valid license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/material handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols.
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Label materials and store in appropriate locations.
• Process material requests and work orders.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Pack and process outbound shipments.
• Deliver materials using a truck.
• Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack).
• Maintain accurate records with proper documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and compliant handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role supports receiving, labeling,
storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols
• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
• Labeling materials and storing in appropriate locations
• Processing material requests and work orders
• Performing cycle counts
• Packing and processing outbound shipments
• Delivery of material using a truck
• Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack
• Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation
• Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies
  

Working Conditions:

• This position required to work in a warehouse.
• The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds independently.
• Occasional work in cold storage / freezer areas using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The base compensation range for this role is $25-$30. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
