Job summary

Bionova Scientific LLC is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Fremont, CA. The role supports receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods in a GMP-regulated warehouse.

You will ensure accurate records and timely material flow while upholding safety protocols. Requirements include at least 2 years in warehouse environments, a valid driver’s license, ERP experience, and proficiency with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse/material handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to be flexible with work hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and store materials in GMP-regulated warehouse.
• Label products and manage inventory locations.
• Process material requests and issue/ship materials.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklift and pallet jack.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
