Job summary

Personalis in Fremont, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support receiving, storing, shipping, staging and distribution of materials for our offices and laboratories in Fremont, CA.

You will perform routine cycle counts, inventory rotation (FIFO/Expiry), data entry, and maintain GMP/compliant quality systems while collaborating with other departments to align with ISO and FDA requirements. The role is M-F 7:30 AM - 4 PM and involves lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 1–4 years in an operations role.
• Experience in GMP, FDA, or ISO 13485 regulated environments.
• Valid IATA Dangerous Goods Certification is highly desired.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound shipments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify materials against POs.
• Label, store, and rotate inventory based on FIFO/Expiry.
• Perform routine cycle counts and data entry in quality systems.
• Maintain organized, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with departments to meet ISO/FDA requirements.
• Process weekly UN1845 and UN3373 shipments.
