Job summary

Bionova Scientific LLC in Fremont, CA seeks a Warehouse Coordinator responsible for the efficient and compliant handling of materials within a GMP-regulated warehouse, supporting receiving, labeling, storage, inventory control and shipping of raw materials and finished goods.

Duties include following SOPs, verifying deliveries, labeling, processing requests, cycle counts, packing and outbound shipments, forklift operation, and accurate record-keeping while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse/material handling environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry, math and computer skills with ERP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Following established Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Protocols.
• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Labeling materials and storing in appropriate locations.
• Processing material requests and work orders.
• Performing cycle counts.
• Packing and processing outbound shipments.
• Delivery of material using a truck.
• Operation of material handling equipment, including forklift, pallet jack.
• Maintaining accurate records with proper documentation.
• Communication with internal departments to research and resolve issues/discrepancies.
