Job summary

Emergent BioSolutions is hiring for a warehouse/materials handler responsible for accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution to support manufacturing and quality operations. You will ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and safe warehouse operations in ambient or cold chain environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Significant attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Previous Cold Chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute shipping, receiving, picking, inventory, and material movement transactions using SAP and WMS handheld devices.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Planning and site stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Pick, stage, transact, and deliver materials to internal customers for manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
• Receive, inspect, label, store, and reconcile materials per SOPs, cGxP, and SOX controls.
• Maintain inspection readiness and 6S warehouse organization and housekeeping.
