  • Pick, stage, transact, and deliver materials to internal customers for manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
  • Receive, inspect, label, store, and reconcile materials per SOPs, cGxP, and SOX controls.
  • Maintain inspection readiness and 6S warehouse organization and housekeeping.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials in support of manufacturing and quality operations. Ensures inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, inspection readiness, and safe warehouse operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
Work may occur within ambient or cold chain environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Execute shipping, receiving, picking, inventory, and material movement transactions accurately and in a timely manner using SAP and warehouse management system (WMS) handheld devices.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and related logistics activities in compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and Emergent SOPs.
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Planning, and other site stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material flow, operational support and compliance.
  • Pick, stage, transact, and deliver materials to internal customers to support manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
  • Receive, inspect, label, store, and reconcile materials in accordance with SOPs, cGxP requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
  • Maintain a state of inspection readiness by promoting safety, 6S principles, warehouse organization, and housekeeping standards.
  • Support investigations, change controls, deviations, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities as required.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and manual and powered pallet jacks.
  • Load and unload trucks and accurately store materials in designated rack, floor, or controlled storage locations using appropriate equipment and procedures.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify, communicate, and help resolve inventory, process, quality, or operational issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation and transaction records to support regulatory compliance and data integrity requirements.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

U.S. Base Pay Ranges and Benefits Information

The estimated annual base salary as a new hire for this position ranges from $51,500 to $62,300 . Individual base pay depends on various factors such as applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. Certain roles are eligible for additional incentive compensation, including merit increases, annual bonus, [and/or long-term incentives in the form of stock options.]
