Job summary

Guerbet is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant utilities and facility systems in a GMP environment. You will ensure reliable operation of RO, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and related systems in a pharmaceutical setting.

The role requires 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in GMP settings, strong problem solving, and a safety-first mindset. Schedule is 5:30pm-4:00am, Monday-Thursday with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facility maintenance experience in a GMP-regulated industry.
• Experience with RO, WFI, and Pure Steam systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC for cleanrooms.
• Ability to read and follow GMP documentation.
• Safety-focused with ALCOA documentation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work follows safety policies, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize safety and complete required safety documentation.
• Demonstrate understanding of mechanical systems for plant utilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and critical GMP utilities.
• Diagnose machine failures and implement repairs to prevent recurrence.
• Troubleshoot and repair to minimize downtime and support manufacturing.
• Monitor utility performance and maintain GMP records per ALCOA.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing teams to ensure compliance and operation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to alarms or emergencies.
• Assist with design, installation, and certification of systems and modifications.
