Guerbet in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain plant utilities and ensure GMP-compliant operation of RO water systems, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, and related equipment. Schedule: 1st Shift. Tue-Fri 5:00am–3:30pm, with occasional overtime.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, document GMP data, and collaborate with engineering, facilities and manufacturing to keep utilities reliable and audit-ready.

• Demonstrates troubleshooting and repair skills for plant utilities and critical systems (RO, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC).
• Keeps accurate GMP documentation and supports cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure work complies with safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize safety and complete required safety documentation.
• Understand mechanical systems and process equipment for plant utilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and critical GMP utilities (RO, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, boilers, chillers).
• Diagnose machinery failures and implement repairs to eliminate root causes.
• Conduct troubleshooting to minimize downtime and support manufacturing operations.
• Monitor performance, record parameters, and maintain GMP documentation per ALCOA.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and manufacturing to meet operational needs.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to alerts or emergencies.
• Assist in installation, certification, and modifications of systems and equipment.
• Perform tests on fire protection and security systems.
• Identify spare parts inventories and order non-inventory repair parts.
• Perform general facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
