Job summary

Guerbet is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to maintain and repair plant utilities in a GMP environment. You will work with RO, WFI and Pure Steam systems, ensuring compliant operations and reliable performance across critical utility networks.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, boilers and chillers, strong troubleshooting and safety discipline, and clear documentation. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• AS degree from technical school is preferred.
• 3–5 years of facility maintenance in pharma/GMP environment.
• Experience with RO, WFI, Pure Steam and HVAC is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant utilities in GMP setting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on RO, WFI, Pure Steam, HVAC, boilers and chillers.
• Diagnose failures and implement repairs to reduce downtime.
• Record parameters and maintain GMP documentation per ALCOA.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to alarms.
