Job summary

The role partners with EHS, Procurement, the Training Department, local Wake Tech, and external vendors to plan, develop, and deliver content, administer ComplianceWire, track completion, and report metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience coordinating training in technical or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO training requirements is important.
• Experience using ComplianceWire or similar LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the training program for the maintenance organization.
• Coordinate training for employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop new content with SMEs and ensure audit readiness.
• Administer ComplianceWire, track completion, and generate reports.
• Maintain training records and support audits.
